the event details you enter as a host — title, date, location, description, an optional photo.

guest responses — a name, yes/no/maybe, headcount, and if you turn them on, food preference and allergy notes.

an optional guest roster, built by typing names and phone numbers, or on some android browsers, by picking contacts from your phone. picked contacts only fill in a draft — nothing is saved until you save it.

showing you, the host, who's coming, and letting guests see and update their own rsvp.

sell your data, run ads against it, or share guest details with anyone outside the event.

in a private, access-controlled postgres database. there's no public listing — each event's host, rsvp, and summary pages use a separate, long, unguessable link, so access is controlled by having that link, not an account check. no ads, trackers, or analytics scripts on event or rsvp pages.

if you open an event from homebase, your homebase account email is shown in that session's page header only — rsvp mini doesn't store it.

remove a household or a response any time from the admin page. removed entries drop out of your active list and totals but stay recoverable, in case a removal was a mistake — email me if you want something gone for good.
